DISCLAIMERS:

All artwork sales are final. Winning bidder will be charged at the close of the auction. SOIL is an Associated Program of Shunpike, a 501(c)(3) non-profit art service organization. The charge will appear on your statement as 'Shunpike’. SOIL Gallery is located 112 3rd Ave S., Seattle, WA. Special pick-up available May 17-19.

Any artwork left unclaimed is left at the sole risk of the buyer; SOIL is not responsible for any damage or storage. Shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Note on fees: For every fiscal transaction processed through Goodworld, SOIL incurs a 3.2% merchant / processing fee. This fee can be bypassed by paying for purchased work in-person at the auction with cash or check. If you pay by card, you have the option to cover this cost for our small but mighty non-profit artist-run organization, or to pass those fees off to us. We are grateful for your contribution either way :)
