Why is METHOD fundraising?
METHOD is a non-profit, non-commercial, and entirely volunteer-run exhibition space for experimental installation work, funded by a mix of local grants and support from the community. We’re looking to raise $15,000 through this fundraising drive, to support our next 6 months of programming
METHOD's mission is to create space for artistic expression and experimentation beyond traditional, commercial galleries. We prioritize exhibiting site-specific installation work by local artists, and the gallery is freely open to the public; we build community and foster dialogue about interdisciplinary thinking and creative problem solving.
How can I contribute?
- Sponsor an initiative: donate any amount to support one of our upcoming exhibitions or initiatives, and get access to a VIP preview of the show.
- Bid on an auction item: local artists have generously donated experiences ranging from studio visits to small commissions.
- Volunteer at METHOD: email info@methodgallery.com to become a volunteer. Our volunteers help with gallery sits, grant writing, social media / communications, and any other area of our operations they're interested in!
How long is the drive?
Our fundraising drive will last from May 28th - June 15th, and culminate at CHRYSALIS - a midsummer party we’re throwing at Europa on June 15th from 6-11pm.
