Inhabiting the internal landscape: A collective somatic activation.
As Terra Solarium reaches its final cycle, we invite you to inhabit the installation one last time. Somatic Resonance II: Collective Presence is a communal activation designed to bridge the gap between art, architecture, and the internal landscape.
Set within the carmine-lit, stethoscopic environment of the installation, this 90-minute session uses the tools of Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Therapy, and Polyvagal practices to explore shared transformation. Participants will engage in guided breath, movement, and interoception to tune into the parallels between the interiority of the gallery space and the interiority of their own somatic experience.
This session is held during the exhibition’s final public reception. It is a shorter, open-format activation that honors the transition from the private "internal" experience of the installation to the "collective" presence of our community.
