ACES Summer Series | Painting Workshop | July 12, 3-5 PM | With Artist Jonarra Swanson
Join us for a painting workshop at The Lookout @ 2+U with PNW artist Jonarra Swanson. Enjoy complimentary drinks as well as catering from Brown Girl Charcuterie while participating in a paint-along in Marisol’s bright, graphic, and illustrative style. No experience or materials are required to participate in this free event. Space is limited!
Jonarra Swanson is a multidisciplinary Seattle based artist inspired by community. She started painting to aid her own mental health, selling art in the streets of Seattle during the pandemic. She started NARR to share artwork that empowers confidence and ambition specifically aimed towards first generation entrepreneurs.
Jonarra is deeply inspired by the concept of mental wellness and its transformative effects. Through her carefully crafted artwork, she aims to promote mental well-being, encourage self-expression, and ignite a sense of hope and resilience within our community.
You can also register now for the main event of the ACES Summer Series! Taking place this year at KEXP (Seattle Center) on August 17, join us for a full day of programming, including visual art exhibitions, film screenings, live performances, an art market (presented by Seattle Restored), workshops, and demos. This event is free and open to the public, and appropriate for all-ages. REGISTER HERE
